The reason that the manual key wouldn’t turn was due to some repair work that had been done on the door so the repair shop fixed it in about 5 minutes. After Roadside Service opened and jumped the car, I ended up taking the car to the shop and installing a new battery. I want them to know how much I appreciate them and give them all HUGE thanks! I do understand that the may have been RSVPd, but I would like to know where on the app I am able to RSVP a Handicap ♿spot. However, as I proceeded to row G, I passed up 2 Handicap ♿spots which were empty. But I was told there wasn't any available. Keep in mind I, too, have a Handicap ♿plate.
All this after I was sent to row G where it along with every row around it were completely FULL. She, too, was fearful of missing her flight. I also watched in disbelief as an elderly woman walked from the front of Handicap ♿parking and to chase a Shuttle down because of waiting so long. My last time parking, it took 33 minutes from getting picked up to getting dropped off 😳to get to terminal c. I've seen all three and have personally walked to the entrance to address the attendant - and yes, I called the number prior to doing so only to be told they are in route. You can't have people walking around the lot looking for Shuttles, walking up to the entrance gate to ask the attendant for a Shuttle or chasing down Shuttles. 3.) Where are the JFK Shuttles (Pick-up & Drop-off)? Let me address the lack of timely shuttles during the day.
